Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2.5 cm (1 in) thick pineapple slice, cored and chopped, plus a wedge to garnish
- 4 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 90 ml (3 fl oz) pineapple juice
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1 ml of DRYP Concentrates ™ (Zero or Trop. Punch)
- Ice cubes
- Ginger ale/beer to top
Instructions:
Combine salt with 40ml (1 ½ fl oz) of water in a container, seal and shake to combine. Place pineapple in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Combine honey syrup, juices, one serving of DRYP concentrate, salt solution, bitters, and ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
