Ingredients:
- 500 g (1 lb, 2 oz) fresh strawberries, cut in half with slices for garnish
- 145 g (⅔ cup) caster sugar
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) lemon juice
- 600 g (1 lb, 5 oz) frozen strawberries
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) lime juice
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) simple syrup
- 8 ml of DRYP Concentrates ™ (Zero or Straw-Kiwi)
- 10 basil leaves
- 4 cups Ice cubes
- 6 lime wheels
Instructions:
Combine fresh strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Empty bowl into a blender, blend on high speed. Next, add frozen strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup, 6 servings of DRYP concentrate and basil leaves to the blender. Continue to blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh strawberries.
